Interview with Kathy from Community Builders
Hello, everyone. I'm Ben at the Users Net Space. I recently was given the opportunity to chat with Kathy Hamilton, the creator and owner of Neeetz's fastest-growing Net space, Community Builders. I asked her a few questions, to which she responded over Neeetz messages.

Users: What is the concept behind Community Builders?

Kathy: The concept behind Community Builders is "Vision". People follow you because you have "Vision". Whenever I ask people how leaders have profoundly influenced their lives, they all say, "they had a vision."

Creative leaders realize something about life, then they are able to take that insight into something we can come together and act on.

The leaders that are most influential are the ones that can give a sense of how a whole new world can work. Their vision reflects deeply held values, and it evokes images that things can be better and different, that more people can be included in a better way of life. Their visions are possible.

Their visions convey a sense of wholeness, possibilities, openness and respect. What a thrill to engage in a challenging endeavor that brings about new possibilities in which all can share.

Users: Why did you make this your Net Space?

Kathy: I wanted to create a Net Space because I wanted to use my self as a example for others to work on leadership: life practices that inspire success in others. To be able to build relationships with others from around the world. I wanted to have others experience the amazing ability to communicate with each other.

Users: Was there anything difficult about creating your Net Space? If so, what was it?

Kathy: There was nothing difficult in creating my net space at all; it was very simple and very user-friendly.

Users: You have the fastest growing Neeetz Network to date, with over 130 members, and you're bustling with activity. How do you manage such a large, rapidly growing group?

Kathy: Well, when you decide to do a neeetz site, you must be diligent in keeping up with it. You get messages in your e-mail if any one responds to your site, so I just answer right away and welcome anyone new that comes in. I let them know if they need anything to just let me know.

I keep the site updated and post at least once a day. It's all about communication with others. Send out broadcasts to your members keeping them up on the updates. It really is not hard to keep up with.

It is your Neeetz page and you can have fun with it. It is like having your very own business, or you can use it as a business card.

Users: Since you are the first Net Space out of the starting gate, so to speak, do you have any advice for new Net Spaces just starting up on Neeetz?

Kathy: Yes, my advice is to be creative when designing your Net Space. Put things up that speak of how you are, what you like, what you think might attract others to come visit your site. Make it very interesting, let them know how your Net Space can create friendships with others from around the world.

Advertise your Net Space link throughout the Internet, use your MySpace or Yahoo 360 page or other networks you might be involved in. Tell everyone about your new Net Space and bring your friends in. You must let everyone know what your doing in order to create traffic to your site.

Users: You run two other websites, Lazzeo and Bizpreneur. Can you tell me more about them?

Kathy: Bizpreneur and Lazzeo are for others from around the world to network together: to build relationships through networking or even just social relationships. If you are serious about networking online, want to see results, and effectively utilize your time then please take a few moments to read these helpful tips.

Our success does not stop with BizPreneur or Lazzeo. We have not accomplished our goal until we have created success for all of our users. BizPreneur and Lazzeo Communities are just the start of a continued effort of success for everyone. We strive to develop amazing opportunities through new sites and concepts.
